I'm trying to think of my least favourite thing to do other than office furniture shopping & nothing springs to mind. I did find it a bit disconcerting that they look you in the eye and not down at their mobile phones when serving you so be prepared for some one on one service along with professionalism and great products! Thank you Kirsty and Narelle for doing your jobs with such ease, joy and professionalism and making an unenjoyable task an absolute pleasure.
