The food was incredible and it was a really special way to celebrate foraged produce. Kasper's explanation of each dish definitely made our event a unique experience as well. In terms of value for money, you cannot go past this option and the staff assisting were a delight. Thank you so much!

Wow! Thank you so much Kasper for treating us to such a memorable evening for my parents 70th birthday. Everything was absolute perfection. The thought and care you put into the produce and ingredients you picked for us and the way you so creatively cooked and presented everything was beyond our expectations. Everyone raved about the food, service and everything in between. Highly recommend and hope to be lucky enough to see you again soon!

What a sublime evening Kasper and his crew created for us.I was so distracted by your quality of food, knowledge and presentation, that I completely forgot to make my own speech!Joey and Andrew were a perfect accompaniment to you and the status of presentation.The three of you - as a team - were so well connected, so calm and under control - creating a seamless event for Karli and I.And that BREAD that you left us!!!! Ah mon dieu!!!Truly Kasper, you made the night truly special for everyone there!

I just have to tell everyone about the wonderful dinner party Kaspercreated. He is such a talented chef, has fascinating knowledge of foraging and presents with a friendly Danish flare. It's a must do dining experience! My guests said it's the best they have ever eaten! You get exceptional value when you book an event with Nordic Dining.

Kasper foraged, prepared and cooked the food beautifully. He presented each dish interestingly and spoke well. His support staff were excellent, warm and hospitable.

Nordic Dining by Kasper once again delivered an outstanding, superb dining experience at home. The food was absolutely sublime and the service impeccable. The quality of the food is always so incredibly fresh and innovative with plenty of locally foraged ingredients. Especially loved the Murray cod prepared in a salt crust. Kasper is such a talented chef and Joey the most charming waiter. Very good value for money too. Highly recommended!
