They were easy to work with and it was nice having someone to assist with navigating all the paperwork associated with my matter. I was never in expectation of an outcome and it was wonderful to find all parties were compassionate and considered all facts fairly to achieve a mutually beneficial final position.

At first they seemed eager, then as time went on it became very difficult to get in contact with them. Phone calls were rarely returned and if they were they were a over month late or the assistant returning the call who couldn't answer my questions. They did not get all of the relevant information, especially from a place I spent most of my time. I know that there is no guarantee that any case will win, but they sure made me feel like they stretched it out and and used up my window of opportunity for a very average effort. During the case Smith's Lawyers decided to pay for advice from the person I was opposings best friend and proceeded to tell me that it was unbiased, even against me telling them prior proceeding. Also took several attempts to recieve all documents to look for someone else to which the window of opportunity was pretty much closed. Thank you for your time but if I had known I was going to be that ignored I would've gone elsewhere.

Great service, always able to make time to discuss my case. Unfortunately the outcome wasn't as great as our team initially anticipated however Smith's did a wonderful job across the whole case period.
