Fantastic range and the most excellent customer service from Gloria and Joe, we couldn't be more pleased. We ended up needing an extra box of tiles at the last minute and Joe kept the shop open after business hours for us to go and collect it. Highly recommend this business

Anna was such a delight to deal with. Got the sample on Monday and the tiles were delivered on Friday. Way too easy! Also, the delivery driver was so nice and friendly. I can't recommend Elegance Tiles at Ascot Vale any higher! 6 stars :)
