After two failed attempts with other businesses to fix AC for various reasons Autoco came to the rescue! They are a very professional team that focus on customer service. Not expecting quick results with AC problem, I was pleasantly surprised when I got a call within 24hrs saying parts arrived and job done! Highly recommend this team for any vehicle repair work.

Took the car in for a service and to investigate why the A/C wasn't working. By early afternoon the reported back tha there was no gas left and the compressor had failed. I asked if they could fix it on the spot rather than have to come back or leave the car there for longer. They confirmed they could, and I asked them to proceed. They got the job done and delivered the car back on time. They are perhaps not the cheapest service alternative, but when it comes to trusting the outcomes they produce I'm more than satisfied.

The team at Autoco Belconnen are excellent. They have helped me out numerous times for a range of things including a general service, headlight replacement and issues with recirculate function and reversing light. I am always able to book in within a week of my call, and Chris is easy to deal with. He listens to your concerns, and later will call you to explain what issues they've found and confirm you are happy to go ahead before they do any big/expensive work. Chris also provided other options when possible, such as me sourcing a second-hand part online for less (rather than just having to take the branded part they have), or at other times, he offered a quick fix solution his team could do whilst I decide/save up for a bigger option. I greatly appreciate his communication and the time he takes to explain things. Highly recommend.
