What’s more, he has the relevant comparators in stock for audition, which allowed a good decision, and not one that I could have made without audition. Product in stock, could purchase on the spit, and at a keen price. Highly recommended

This place absolutely blew my expectations. I was half-expecting a very dark, small room that displayed itself as an all rock 'n roll type store, but I was met with what felt like a museum upon entering.Pros:- A well lit building with a pristine feeling.- Staff were friendly, and were motivated to helping me find what was perfect for my preferences.- I was encouraged to try them for myself, as they have 'demos' for most products (huge plus for any buyer)- Staff allowed me to take my time, and ensured me that I was not wasting theirs.Cons:- The only complaint I can make is that the location of the store absolutely sucks. Getting in isn't too bad, but leaving is a nightmare.I will definitely be returning to this store and have already recommended it to my friends and family!

If you're going to be buying a decent set of speakers, you ideally want to hear them first... I was served by Anthony, and he was helpful, patient, and even offered me a coffee while I listened! There was no pressure to purchase anything, or leave (even when I'd been there over an hour), so it was a delightfully relaxing experience. I walked away with some new Dynaudio bookshelf speakers; a perfect upgrade on my existing setup!

One of the best shopping experiences I've ever had.I'm both floored with my experiences with the staff and also the myriad of products they had in store. I came in initially expecting to leave with a pair of 650's, however I am honestly so, SO glad I came in.After expressing my interests in the 650's, I had a discussion with the staff and we ended up testing a whole bunch of cans. After a long while, I ended up opting for the Edition XS's and... holy moly...I really wouldn't have ever had this awesome opportunity to try them out had I not come in and just bought them online.Five stars in all fields. Beautiful store, amazing staff awesome stock and all around, one of the best experiences I've ever had in a store. I will 100% be back again.Fantastic stuff. Absolutely fantastic.
