Family Hypnotherapy
Kim introduced me to the Goulding Sleep Talk process as I was concerned about how my eldest daughter was adjusting to the new baby. We’ve noticed a really positive shift in our family since starting using sleep talk, not only with my daughter (5) but for myself too.
