I had Stuart come and inspect a property that I was going to buy, I don’t think he knows what he’ doing didn’t even inspect the property properly just walk around the block and I had to ask him to look in to defects as he was walking around property blind eye. I wouldn’t recommend his service to anyone wasted my money. Anyone can do what he did today, walked around the block and told me to buy the property.

Stuart at SMR Engineering has provided me with a Excellent service.As I am a Registered Builder myself I have dealt with many different engineers over the past years which I have found frustrating to not only work with but the response times and turn around times have all been of a pour quality service.Stuart on the other hand excels on a total differently playing field.He couldn’t give me the tatts lotto numbers but the service provided was exceptional.Stuart listens, is easy to talk to and provides a service like no other.Turn around times are amazing and when i asked for a revision he had both revision and comps back to me before the close of that business day.I would highly recommend Stuart and SMR Engineering. As mentioned above I am a Registered Builder myself and I will be using SMR Engineering for future projects also.
