I messaged Pete regarding my daughters car. The water pump needed replacing. He gave me a quote of $450 and I accepted. I then asked if he could also service the car at the same time. We booked in for the next Tuesday and he didn't show up. My wife rang him and he said he hadn't written it in his diary. We rebooked for the Thursday. He got there and he had ordered the wrong water pump. He said he would be there first thing Friday morning. He didn't get there until after 11am. He did the job and sent me an invoice for over $1000. I called and asked why it was so expensive and he apologized and said that he didn't know what he was thinking when he gave that quote but the replacement part was more expensive. I was going to give you all my business Pete but this whole experience was less than acceptable.

Pete arrived on time and performed his work efficiently. Is friendly and offers very good advice. His charges are more than reasonable and I enjoyed his company.Pete will be servicing both my vehicles from now on. Barry Fraser
