A huge fun gaming area for children and adults that is basically like a mini children's casino. It's extremely loud and bright so staying too long can result in a headache. The prices seem reasonable but the money won't last long as the kids swipe their way through the games at a fast pace. Better to let them pick their favourites beforehand if on a budget and allocate a certain amount of dollars. They work with a card system, not coins. Money is loaded onto the card and then swiped at each game. Tickets can be spent at the counter on a large variety of toys and items. The dodgem cars are $6 a car and it's fun for the few minutes it lasts. In the past they allowed my young son to sit on an adults lap which resulted in him smashing his teeth into the steering wheel. An extremely upsetting incident put down to young staff not thinking of consequences or following rules. The staff I've encountered since have been helpful though and I've had no more problems. There is also a huge party room, lasertag, bowling and pool tables available. Plus the cafe has reasonably priced food and drinks and the coffee is alright if you aren't too fussy. As someone with chronic back pain, I have been happy in the past to pop in by myself and use the massage chair situated up the back near the pool tables. It's moderately quieter up there and you can enjoy a $3.50 coffee and a $2 massage for a few minutes. It's a nice secret that I shouldn't really be sharing haha. During the day when school is on its not as full of children too so it's a lovely get away spot after doing your groceries.

The best place to spend with the kids in school holidays, plenty of games for all ages.

The kids loved this today, laser tag has a Jurassic park theme. No age restrictions for laser tag. Only thing is, the back packs r a bit big.Some games were out of order. They refunded our play credit, as we had swiped before we knew, they didn't work.

Attended a kindergarten age birthday party. It was set up in the bowling area which would have been great if half the tables weren't broken. And there seemed to be a severe shortage of staff on the day which didn't help to keep things running smoothly. All that aside the kids had a blast with bowling and laser tag. Can't comment on the other facilities as we didn't use them.

I think for a kids party ages 6 to 7 some kids might be still too small to reach pedals etc. Impressive number of games including dodgem cars and laser tag though. Needs an aircon upgrade?

Great place to bring family, friends children to play arcade games. All games are mostly $2 each so it's easy. I wish they had a kiosk where you can refill your card without having to go to the cashier. I always have fun going to iPlay!

Good-Indoor.-Better recharger your car during school holiday period.-Close late.-Free carpark after 1800. But most of food court shop will be closed by 1900.-Toilet inside.-Better than other iplay in Canberra.-Pretty good for birthday party.Bad-Nil

If I could give it zero I would. Most of the games were broken, I won a prize and the machine decided to go bust! Save your time and cash and go to King pin in civic.

It's ok. The games are getting a bit tired and the choices were limited. The place really needs a decent clean. The kids had fun and from a children's perspective it was a good place to spend a few hours.
