If II could give then no stars I would.If you enjoyed being lied to then this is the place to buy a car.They are incredibly incompetent then tell the most appalling lies to cover it up.I chose a car paid a 1000 dollar deposit, it needed some work which they said they would fix, one week later I turn up to collect car they had actually done the wrong car.! Ecuse it was the same colour and model! er... registration plate? ....It transpires mine had sat in a compound for a week with absolutely nothing done to it, error not realized until we had been siting waiting for half an hour, this was after being told more lies like'er we tinted the windows of the wrong car , but all the rest been done, just come back for car tomorrow'.We insisted on seeing the car, it was untouched Lies just fall out of their mouths.!Then best of all refused to give us our deposit back as we had lost all confidence in them , then the manager refused to speak to us, It seems he hid in his office and let a pregnant woman deal with us. Not a single member of staff would speak to us other than the woman who sold us the extra 2 year warranty, which we cancelled of course.Dishonest, rude and incompetent , please do not buy a car from here.

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! DVG Volkswagen is one of the worst companies that I have ever dealt with. I have had nothing but problems with them and the follow through service is disgusting. After getting my car back from having the air conditioning compressor replaced under warranty my car caught on fire as a rag was on the subframe near the exhaust which caught on fire. It burnt the a/c pipes, steering rack and the insulation on the firewall. I have left several messages with Melville Volkswagen to return my call as they should pay for the nearly $10k worth of damage to the vehicle however everyone seems to be away or has resigned! DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE CRIMINIALS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These people should not be allowed to sell parts. They sell you parts you do not need and then refuse to take them back, even those they are still in the new, unopened packaging. They eventually charged me 20% of the value to take the parts back, even though the parts were available in Perth.
