Porsche Centre Brisbane

I bought an extra key in their store from October 2022 and they said it would take three months to make a reservation, and then in January 2023 I called to ask them and they said they forgot my reservation and needed to wait another three months , until today they asked me to pick up the key and said it would only take an hour. I waited there from 10 am to 2:30 pm. They told me that the key was delivered wrong. The service is terrible! ! ! ! ! !

Pretty enjoyable experience. Cheers. The top end stuff is such engineering marvel. Won't ever have the money to buy one but nice staff, nice show room and nice display!

Consistently good and rapid service. Had a minor issue with my car, I was able to pop in, they diagnosed it quickly, ordered the parts in from Melbourne and sorted it all out in a couple of days. Much appreciated!

Went there with a basic idea of what I was looking for. Had a salesman name John. He explained the car in detail. Told me what models were available and what options that could be added. He was polite and his knowledge of the car was outstanding. Went for a test drive very impressed.

Went to porche Brisbane, asked the sales rep Aaron about a few cars. At first he seemed helpful but made us feel like we were a burden as he didn't really get to know us or what sort of cars we were interested in.When we asked about a car, he made it seem like we should be experts in the model and spec of vehicles before asking I.e. dumb....We didn't feel like he even wanted to sell because he didn't try to get our details or to sit down and look at all the options perhaps even get a deposit to lock in the car we wanted.But not Aaron, He pretty much just wanted to focus on some sort of porche expo for that night and dismissed us as we were an inconvenience.

Both John and Jason have been really helpful, professional and informative. They answered all my questions regarding purchase of a new Taycan. Jason also took us for a 40 minutes test drive session on the Taycan which was fantastic. Both sales guys know their cars very well. They have well explained the unique feature of Porsche Taycan in comparison of other EVs. I will sort my finance out and come back to these guys to put my order through.
