ACUPUNCTURE & MASSAGE

A few years ago I had a massage here. Not good experience. The guy was sniffling all through, I felt uncomfortable. Then ended up with a cold. A fortnight ago I had a doozy of a headache so I thought I'd try them again. I got a young lady this time. She was great, massage was effective, environment was noisy as no music was played to help drown out the shopping centre noises. Today, I woke up with another headache. I went and asked for the back, shoulder, neck, arm and head, the same I had 2 weeks ago 45 min for $55. Today I was the first customer. The guy started all was ok. 10 min into massage, another customer cones in. He excused himself and left me for over 5 min. The massage was nothing like I had 2 weeks earlier. It was weird and uncomfortable. Then he advised me (communication difficult due to English being his 2nd language) I should have acupuncture for my neck. He started setting up for it, then said that's only $50 extra. I said no thanks, just the massage. Then he applied heat patches to my back for extra $10. Then he said to take the other 2 patches home and reapply them tomorrow. And that's another $10. I said no". Now my massage was supposedly finished

I've been to many different Chinese Massage Business(shops) across Australia, and I have never been more disappointed. This place pretends to offer what one would assume professional service, but it was nothing but professional. As soon as I was taken to the room where I would get my massage, it was dark and almost empty, looked like a closet. And they had a wet towel on the bed, right away I let the receptionist know and whilst she did change it, she didn't even apologise. Also, they asked to pay cash up front which I thought that was strange, I asked why that was, as I had never been asked to do this first hand, and the woman in reception (who seems to be the manager) commented how people ran away without paying; well, now I know why.... the only positive was my masseuse, she was a lovely older lady, but looked like she was overworked and overtired. She didn't speak any english so it was hard for her communicate as well. Clearly, they seem to take advantage of their employees as well as their customers. I DO NOT recommend this massage store, business, shop or whatever you want to call it. It is very expensive for the quality of the service. I am shocked they are able to continue operating, as they do not meet the basic business quality which you would expect of such a business.

I can only talk about the disgraceful customer service as I ended up leaving. After asking for my card to be inserted the girl tapped it, when I pointed that out she was rude. Further they wanted far to many personal details and when I asked why she promtly picked up a book that was right in front of me on the counter showing me all the customers confidential details and I repeat the book was sitting on the front counter. By that time I was so tense i asked for a refund

The old guy pretended to make a massage, but it was just massage" with one finger.. not what you expect from whole body massage.."

Great massage I have ever had and the cupping was great too . Always checking up making sure I was okay when cupping was on.

Lady was on her phone texting while only using one hand to massage me. Worst $80 for spent. Terribly unprofessional. I was disgusted and will not return. Finished 10 minutes early. Don’t waste your money
