Bought a sharp inverter microwave. Although it was purchased in 2016. It has rust inside the door. Sharp won't do anything about it. I have had microwaves for 10 years plus with out any rust issues. Very disappointed with Sharp products and won't be buying anything more from them.

Paid $715 model R995DST convection oven 2 months out of warranty stops working taken to service centre to be told has 3 major faults waiting on quote having all ready cost me $66 just to look at it. VERY disapioted

Purchased a fridge freezer. Stainless steel film covering has worn on the high touch handle area. Out of warranty but thought I write to customer service to let them know and ask for advice as to what I might do as it is unsightly. The response I received actually states that they suggest it is because I touch it with unclean hands. The actual wording is, ‘It is likely to be caused by opening or closing door with unclean hands e.g. when marinating meat/food with high salt content.‘ This suggested allegation is outrageous. I intend to pursue this matter comprehensively. October 2020.

Bought an expensive $1900 fridge which was faulty. They’ve confirmed it’s faulty and a refund is payable but have been stuffing me around for months and still haven’t paid.Don’t ever buy Sharp products

Poor customer service in providing a quick, easy facility. The 1300 service is convoluted and the Contact Us on their website unfriendly with few options and few assistance tools. it appears the process is designed to discourage contacting Sharp.

very unhappy with their service. Once you sign the contract you are hooked. They will never reply your email or telephone calls. If you try to reach them their telephone number does not work. We made a mistake of signing the contract with them. The sales Manager who was very good till I signed the contract, after that he never respond to my queries.
