Ray was able to easily establish a connection with my non-English speaking grandparents - every interaction was professional and compassionate. We recently had the very unexpected death of a very close friend of ours. Thank you to the team at simplicity. From the initial contact with Tania we were made to feel supported and that everything would be taken care of from the beginning to the end, and it was. Due to the Covid-19 restrictions we decided to hold an outdoors funeral! Best decision ever, the process was easy, Tania and Melissa did a wonderful job on the day, respecting our wishes and treating my friend with the upmost care. Thank you team we will be forever grateful for your support to us during this terrible time.

A friend who use to work within the industry mentioned how wonderful Simplicity Funerals were.So during our emotinal loss of our Husband father grandfather and friend we turned to Simplicity Beenleigh to be guided and supported along the journey. Raelene was the representative who carefully nutured us and cared for us as we prepared the final goodbyes.I truly want to thank Simplicity especially Raelene and the amazing team who prepared our loved one organised the audio visual gathered music and their professionalism outstanding presentation on the day made for a calm flawless farewell.Sadly in the last 4 weeks we had to farewell 4 family/friends, all with different funeral directors and by far Simplicity Beenleigh team created a very memorable moment for us as a family and the friends that attended.Thanks Simplicity we pray we dont have to see you again soon but when the time comes we will come to you first.

Our son died suddenly Friday am, called 1300 number Saturday 9am and gave every last little detail to the lady on the phone - 1 day after our sons death!!! Today we are the following Friday night and have still not heard a word from Simplicity!! We have gone somewhere else of course for arrangements but what can I say - grief does not deserve this service!!!! Yes customer service is paramount in any business but on the death of a loved one???!!!! A simple call first thing Monday to say we have your details and will be in touch would have been so much more appropriate. A NO-STAR recommendation here!

I would like to thank Ray and his team for providing a professional and caring service. He put my mother and I at ease when making arrangements for my father's cremation. Highly recommend.
