Really enjoyed the services provided by POP tax. They were really quick to respond to my queries and asked for all the necessary documents needed from me in one go - it was efficient and my tax return did not take long.Will definitely be using POP tax next year (and the foreseeable future).

Was fantastic when you could DIY, which they still advertise themselves as. But they have removed the portal and option this year. Which you don't find out until making a few clicks. Very annoying!!

I have only started to use POP Tax for my BAS and I am glad that I did it. Their turnaround is quick and professional advices from POP Tax. Would definitely recommend to all the Ola’s drivers and other rideshare drivers! Use POP for you BAS, it’s easy and fast.

By using POP I got a bunch of money as a refund which I wouldn't have otherwise. The platform provides an intuitive user experience. It was also a true pleasure working with Patricia for my business taxes. She was very helpful and responsive through the whole process. I fully recommend the service!

The guys at Pop Tax, are always reliably on hand to advise with any queries I have. As a newcomer to Australia and not quite understanding the tax rules, it really helps to have accountants who are patient and professional to help navigate the complexities of tax and super in a new country. I would recommend using these guys as they are also really affordable in comparison to other accountants i've used in the past.

Knowledgable team and fantastic service. I needed tax advice for both business and personal income tax lodgements that were overdue, and Patrick in particular was extremely patient and helpful. It's a relief to have this burden lifted and will be using Pop Tax again in future!

Using POP Tax has made me not dread tax time anymore! The online service was easy to understand and navigate, combined with a very helpful and responsive web chat. After submitting my return, the email communication to clarify pieces of information (that I had missed, not POP Tax!) was second to none - timely, efficient and professional. I would recommend using POP Tax to anyone and will continue to use them each year in the future.

So easy to deal with. This is the first year of a more complex return, and the Poptax team were so on the ball. Easier than lodging through the ATO itself, great customer service available to chat to for extra advice and the best part is, I sent my tax return yesterday and they were able to process half of my return into my account the same day. Can't ask for much more than that!
