Rude staff not attending even after standing there for more than 20 mins keep saying to wait. One of the staff while talking said my shift is over and left the store.

I was served by a beautiful lady named Janelle. Me and my partner are quite young and have been feeling very judge as we look for wedding rings. But Janelle treated us like anyone else. We both found something unique for each other that janelle helped us with. Me and my girlfriend are so excited to be purchasing these rings and couldn’t have asked for a better customer experience. She was friendly, super direct, helpful and non judgemental.

The worst services I have ever see! I order a ring overdue for a week. I went to the store and called more than 3 times ask the items state, they always answer me it will come tomorrow then I waited for a week. I should take it to overseas, no one is responsible for me. Today the store manager Jessica argue with me and let me go out of the store. I ask for an apology letter, no one does it. I had a really bad experience in Prouds!

I went to the store on Saturday 1st May. I was looked after by AKINO, not sure if I spell it right. She had a great customer service, very genuine, listen and understand what customer needs. She was very patient and help me choose my necklace + cross pendant. Thanks for the great service. Highly recommended.

Arrived at 1:30pm on a Saturday to a closed store. 2 staff open the doors to advise they are under staffed and therefore to come back in an hour!!!!! There are zero customers in the store. I asked if there were other jewelry stores here - they happily advised us to go elsewhere.I had pre looked at everything I wanted online and was prepared to spend approximately $550 on things I wanted.Until I was told to go elsewhere. How pathetic. Their loss. Going A&C I guess. Maybe they will happy take my money.

My brother and I went in today to purchase a gift for his wife for her birthday. Maddey was very friendly and helpful, going through all the options they had and answering any of my brother’s questions efficiently and helpfully. We were very pleased with the level of service and her friendly attitude! Would happily go back. Thanks!

janelle was so helpful and kind and accomodating when i came to get a ring exchanged for the size! she showed us all of the rings and even did our ring size for us and wrote it down so we knew for future reference! also gave us other options and told us what would be cheaper etc. thanks janelle ☺️

manager" is an absolute joke of an employee. Probably one of the best examples of both useless and clueless you'd come across. Sold what looked like a used watch
