I recently visited this store. I asked the salesman if they stocked a particular paint. He treated me like I was inconvenient and stopped him from what he was doing. I showed him the paint details on my phone. He didn’t show any interest in opening the information, he didn’t even take the phone from me to show a little bit of interest. He simply stated we don’t stock it. I told him that Bunnings stocked it but I wanted to give him the business, still no interest. Bad luck for him, I walked out, proceeded to Bunnings and a $200 sale later I had everything I needed. Point is, whether they stocked it or not, have a bit of interest in a potential customer sale. WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE. BUNNINGS ALL THE WAY.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, the only downside has been not having the correct stock that I needed at the time.

One star is for lady who served me had no clue what she was doing on 23rd of dec she was so busy with her freaking dog that day not only she mixed the wrong paint but also had no clue how to correct the colors. Had no idea what she was doing had to ask bunnings to fix her freaking mistake. And since when you are allowed to bring your dogs to work and let them run inside the buliding.

Bad customer service. I bought today 15 L paint and after paying I asked the guy if I can borrow the trolley to bring it to the car as I have knee problem. He told me that only staff can use it and did not even offer to bring the paint for me. Very disappointing.....What if next time I'll buy 2x 15 L paints, do I have to bring my own trolley because the trolley is for staff only?Management should tell the staff to offer help to customer/s if buying heavy items like my 15 L paint......not happy.

I'm a qualified painter and everyone that works there is awesome at their job, never had any problems
