If you can't get hold of hubby, he's probably here, phone on silent in the back pocket, spending his life savings on upcoming camping and fishing trips he's forgot to mention to the wife.Staff are kind and will keep hubby safe and entertained until wife comes and takes him home for a nice roast dinner and a foot rub.At this stage, wife is unsure whether they own a BCF shop in the garage or if hubby just keeps forgetting he's buying certain things... Either way, it's a dad/husband paradise at BCF.

Staff were super helpful! Tracked down a last item for me and the girls brought it to a meeting to bring back to my store so i didnt have to travel, and i call that great service, girls at noarlunga deserve this credit for going beyond for a customer! Thankyou!

We went to the Noarlunga store a few days ago to buy a tent and received great service from Matt. He was friendly, knowledgeable and helped us find the right tent for our needs. Anna on the front desk was also lovely - very friendly and helpful both in person and on the phone when I had called the store earlier. Our little dog Maggie also loved her!!It was a great shopping experience and these two staff members should be commended for their fabulous customer service. They're an asset to your store :)

We could not have asked for more. Phillip provided exceptional service and guidance when we purchased our fish finder, even drawing a diagram with specific instructions for installing. Top class, we would highly recommend.

Was talking to an old bloke there about shark fishing as i was looking for a new rod for my spinning setup, the guy was recommending me a 12 foot rod for jetty fishing! Please dont listen to what this “expert tuna fisho” says he has no clue what hes talking about.

Worst BCF store for Customer Service I’ve ever encountered.I was in store for 30 minutes. Only 2/3 Customers and I couldn’t get served.Girl at front was occupied, too busy chatting up a Male Customer, or her boyfriend to bother about me.I asked if BCF sold stretchers. Vaguely waving to the back of the store she said “somebody will be with you in a moment”. Then went back to chatting up “Mr Possibility”.I waited another 10 minutes nobody came, I walked out.Don’t bother with Anaconda Noarlunga either, they’re just as bad.My advice would be to avoid BCF and try dealing with a privately owned outlet.
