I had a very positive experience at Lydia's Jewellers, having two rings reconditioned, an eternity ring and engagement ring. Service was very prompt and they did everything they said they would on time and of extremely high quality. Lovely to have great service and friendly staff.

Terrible experience, will never use again!Trying to have a lunch break and get my boyfriends watch battery replaced which I gave to him as a present engraved on the back of the watch is the day we met....they not only scratch the back of the watch they didn't replace the battery as they couldn't open the back up. They have to now order in the back of the watch to replace the damage they caused.Took it to Gordon repairs straight away they opened up and replaced the battery.

I cant rate Lydia's Jewellers enough, they offer good pricing and professional services. They bent over backwards to have a complete custom ring made for us before 15th December 2022, after only discussing and finalizing the concept three weeks before the due date. Lydia's Jewellers are the BEST!!!
