COEN Composite Wood

We have used Coen composite decking on several projects now and the results have been fantastic. The sales and service team have been exceptional with their advice, communication & delivery.

We chose coen wood as an alternate to traditional battens and decking planks because of its environmental impact (recyclability) and the maintenance free aspect. We were delighted in the customer service both pre-production with our architect and the service support both during the build and after completion. I have been very happy with the product and the positive comments this added feature has generated in the community.

Great pre-sales service, helpful arranging freight, great looking product when new. Unfortunately the product failed spectacularly within a few months. After being given the sales pitch about how great the product was and how it was guaranteed for 25 years, I purchased the product, installed, and then watched it buckle, warp and split within months. After reaching out to Coen for after sales support/warranty claim, I was told I had purchased the wrong product, despite spending several hours at the Coen Brisbane warehouse/showroom and multiple calls and emails discussing the application in detail with James and Craig in detail before the purchase.$2,500 of landfill now, plus weekends of labour to install, remove and replace with another product.Slick sales, rubbish support and total lack of business integrity. How a company can recommend their product and then wipe their hands of any responsibility by claiming the product they recommended and sold me was the wrong product is beyond me.

We are really happy with our choice to have of our new deck built from COEN Composite Wood. It looks amazing and we won’t have to waste time and money maintaining it. We can just enjoy it. Our builder was really happy too with how easy it was to install. A win for everyone!

Great Australian made product from largely recycled materials. COEN responded quickly and with details about composite sleepers for our garden. They responded with quotes and delivery details quickly and I had product promptly after payment. I would recommend the company for dealing with and the quality of the product.
