It’s difficult to put into words how valuable Carolyn’s Vendor Advocate services are. I was going through a particularly challenging time, trying to cope with my Mum facing end-stage cancer and coordinating the move to place both of my parents into residential aged care. Part of the process involved selling their 50 year old family home, and we would not have got there in such a timely manner, with such a great financial result, without Carolyn’s outstanding help. Carolyn provided an accurate valuation of the home, chose a Real Estate Agent who was very well suited to market the property (1970s brick veneer), organised the installation of smoke detectors, booked the pool certificate inspection, and engaged the painters, cleaners (inside and outside) and electricians. It was no easy feat to empty 50 years’ worth of belongings from the home, but Carolyn had the compassionate contacts to help take the last few truckloads of items to charity or the dump, without me having to know exactly what went where (priceless). Carolyn organised the high-quality styling and the stunning photography. She was friendly, kind and responsive every step of the way. In the moments when I felt overwhelmed, she provided calming support and great problem-solving suggestions. I cannot recommend Carolyn and her team of contacts more highly!

Carolyn was fantastic. I could not have done this sanely, without her. From advice on house decluttering, liasoning with trades, agents, home movers and our future retirement village, nothing was too much trouble.
