Relaxing view - sat on the grass and took it all in! No Hanggliding today though but still very enjoyable break during the drive.

Ah, Robert Sowter Park Lookout, where danger lurks on both sides! The view, oh, it was like gazing upon a masterpiece, until you realize crossing the road is a daring feat. Cars whiz by like confused squirrels on espresso. A beautiful view with an adrenaline rush! Survival of the fittest, indeed!

Great view of valley looking into the sun at sunset. Place was packed and I have no idea why. Views looking east from other points in the escarpment are way better. Weird place.

Excellent viewpoint for sunset. Very close to Mount Tambourine Town Centre. The hill itself is quite steep with the grass being a little bit slippery so please take care as it can be ankle sprain city out there. The sunset itself was great and could be amazing pending cloud cover and weather. The only downside is the amount of people and the availability of parking space in the area so come early.

Lovely drive up Mt Tamborine to this park lookout. Went around midday to see the handgliders and enjoy some sun with Baxter. Always a good vibe, people with picnic blankets, enjoying a coffee and making new friends.

Great place to watch the sunset over the valley.Bring a picnic blanket, some cheese and crackers, a bottle of wine and enjoy the sunset. Make sure you wear some warm clothes and bring a blanket to wrap yourself in because even in summer it can get quite chilly with the wind coming over the hill.

Superb view. You can just park a car and walk a few steps to see a marvelous and grand view. A bit of a slope down if you go further the hill. A bit crowded when I went there on Sunday late morning. I strongly recommend it to everyone.
