I had a tire emergency, they were able to fit me in immediately and change my tire, allowing me to get back on the road straight away they are absolute lifesavers. Fantastic stock fantastic range fantastic staff and fantastic service. Highly recommended. Will be getting all my tires done here.

Booked for a tyre rotation and wheel alignment on Mazda BT50 after 5 minutes came out and said tyres didn’t need rotate,vehicle was not put up on hoist so I don’t know how they could make that call no feed back on tyre wear % etc as for the wheel alignment it’s like all these issues which hard to understand vehicle had only had service a week before and was recommended to have a wheel alignment so if there was the rod issues they would not have said to get a wheel alignment.These tyres were fitted in 08 2020So you are lazy and didn’t want to do any work on a Friday avo

After they cancelled my reservation twice finally I came on Saturday morning 9am but no one there, I called and they told me no one is coming this morning without even call me day before.So unprofessional

Absolute scum cracked my 800 dollar rim, take no responsibility, sells me 4year old tyres takes no responsibility, talking down on my partner calling her a liar saying she hit something, don't recommend these people at all, gave them a chance after tyre went flat 3 days after new tyres, they replaced tyre for money and blamed valve, a day later tyres flat again took it to another tyre company and they charge me nothing took tyre off, put spare wheel on and showed me a massive 2 inch crack and also informed me that my tyre are only valid for 1 year, photos coming to come

My wife came in this morning for a repair of a slow puncture. She said she received exceptional service and couldn’t praise the Rockingham store highly enough. Thanks guys!

Unfortunately this isn’t a good review. I guess it’s not as such a review for the company as a whole, but my review is solely based around my telephone experience with one employee and that was a young girl who answered. I did ask multiple times if I could speak with the tire service man or the mechanics tradesmen anyone out in the back workshop so I could have more of a professional understanding. She picked my brain and asked what it was for a run. She said she could help with that, and I said no that’s okay if you don’t mind I’ll speak to the guys she refused and said that’s okay I’ll help with that so I proceeded and no help whatsoever at all she could not answer any of my questions. She was rude. She wasn’t paying attention. She had me repeat myself multiple times and all she could tell me was one specific tire brand and how much it is. She had no other alternatives, no other pricing and kept promoting this one tire that didn’t even fit my car, so I would suggest not calling Beaurepaires for tyres in Rockingham and go in and see them and speak with the guys in the workshop don’t waste nearly an hour on the phone with the front desk girl who answers the phone doesn’t listen. Makes you repeat yourself that keeps you on there for nearly an hour and end result is just frustration. None the better off and no wiser with information on products pricing ECT absolutely disgusting customer service especially being she is the first point of contact for customers for this company and their income and profit margin as she needs to book in customers if this is what is the company is electing to represent them as their first point of contact then I’m sorry to say Beaurepaires for tyres Rockingham. You will see a lot of customers retreat from requiring your services.

Made a call this Friday morning to get a tyre puncture fixed and they were able to quickly fit us in. They patched the tyre quickly. And had us on our way. Great customer service and would highly recommend. I will be coming back
