I've just had amazing service from Liam. Got my car going immediately. Extremely polite and professional. Thanks RACQ and especially Liam.

Held on the phone for 2+ hours with no wait time specified. Absolute waste of time. Why even bother with having a phone number there to contact if no one is going to pick up.

I just wanted to thank Phil (I hope it’s the correct spelling) for his customer service today, who helped me with my car insurance renewal. He was super polite, extremely helpful and is doing a great job already, as I know he is still in training! I was a bit moody at the world when I came in, due to some personal reasons. Phil was just super patient with me and happy to explain and answer all of my many questions in a super professional manner. I appreciated his service very much today and effort. You have a great new team member at your branch. The Robina team is and has always been super polite over the years! Keep up the great work everyone!

Walking into the store hoping to speak to somebody about furthering my current policy from insurance, to roadside assistance, to be met by an employee with the epitome of an unwelcoming attitude. What a disgraceful display of customer service. I left, within 60 seconds without perusing my enquiry - as to not inconvenience the lady any further. Poor form RACQ

Way too expensive after having a rating one for life and being with them for numerous years and I couldn’t do payments only for one month then they made a new policy for me and they increased the price from $173 to $231 monthly. It is so disappointing. I will not recommend it.

I broke down in the middle of nowhere with my 4 children phone on 12%. It didn't take them long to get me sorted, they even charged my phone for me whilst they did a diagnosis on my car, arranged a tow truck to tow my car, a rental car and a taxi afterwards to get from the car hire to my car. Wow amazing service. Best money I've ever spent....

Purchased 6 cinema Movie tickets as a Gold Member just before Christmas , went to redeem the Voucher at Robina event cinemas with e saver voucher only to be told by Event Cinemas that the Voucher number I had was already presented, on further enquiries they told me it was presented in Maroochydore 300m kls away, they would not accept the Voucher, I have tried to call RACQ the next morning and the phone is not being answered, so now Ill have to drive all the way to Robina to sort out RACQ's stuff up, beware when you buy tickets from them !!!!!!!!

Robina was closed, then rang the Pines whereby they were able to assist me with my Car Insurance
