G.James Windows & Doors

I'm replacing some windows and doors in my house and was lucky to come across Conner from G James. With so many options, he's been extremely helpful with the selection process. I've found him extremely professional and knowledgeable, and would have no hesitation in recommending him for your project.

We had a fantastic experience ordering windows through G. James. Connor was our most helpful and responsive sales representative. He really made the whole process a pleasure, with super speedy responses to my email questions.

A little difficult to sort out sizing for sliding door opening, delivery delayed by one day. Excellent product, doors and windows look really great. Post installation support also pretty good.

This is the worst company if you are looking for reliable customer service. Basically we were waiting for over two months for a screen door to be installed and it only happened after several calls and emails to the company chasing them up. When we first made the enquiry we had to ring 3 times because they had misplaced our request and had to create a new one each time. I certainly wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, deffinetly search around for a better company.

All measurements given to them were total opening sizes.Only 1 window needed reveals. Upon picking up the windows and getting them home i found the one with reveals had been made to the opening size plus reveals.When contacting them about the mistake i was told they understood where the breakdown in communication had occurred and immediately referred me to page 3 of the contract and then quoted me $165 to fix the window.Clearly they do this all of the time.With customer service like this they should refrain from dealing with the public sector.I have never had another company pull this on me.Clear to say that this is my 5th renovation and it won't be my last, but it sure will be the last time I use G James Eagle Farm
