DeRucci Castle Hill

Took a little longer to arrive than originally told, but the SA was nice enough to split the delivery and waive the second delivery fee as one item was in stock earlier.Happy with the products so far. (Bed and dining table with chairs)Would definitely shop here again.One thing that could be improved on would be contacting customers to let them know when the items are expected. We were only aware because I called frequently.

Worst customer service. Me and wife visited the store to buy a dining table. Enquired about the price and tried to bargain. We were straightaway told to go to Ikea. All the lady could have said was De Rucci does not budge on the price. Unfriendly staff and lack of good customer service. We will never visit again.

Actually 0 starsThis place sells very expensive furniture with great promises, but once sold their warranty will not cover anything. I have my 2yr young bed with torn stitches, for which they are not taking any responsibility.I would never recommend anyone wasting their money here like we did.

Very nice experience purchasing from DE RUCCI castle hill store. The store manager Heather is very lovely ,helpful and professional . The dinning set is very beautiful and perfect looking in our house . We will definitely recommend our friends to buy it.

5 OctUpdate: in the end, DeRucci did resolve all our issues - the bed got completely replaced in 1 week and then the bedside tables finally got delivered yesterday (after 15 weeks since we paid the deposit). Overall, the product itself is outstanding and Castle Hill gave us an apology gift for the long delay of our bedside tables and the troubles with the bed installation. If DeRucci could continue to improve on their customer communication and their delivery, then I'm sure they'd not have many problems as the product is outstanding. I've upgraded my 1 star rating to reflect that there is no doubt they really tried their best as a company to turn things around when problems were evident. That is a sign of a company who is going to stick around in the long run because customers will be loyal if they can see a company trying really hard to please us and listen to our feedback.Original post:Wow .. where NOT to buy a bed from! #DeRucciAustralia @ Castle Hill .. I purchased a gorgeous king bed frame & mattress for our Master bedroom at DeRucci Australia on 24 June. Finally part of our delivery comes last night for what we were told a 11 Sept delivery. I waited around ALL day, they hadn't told me a delivery timeframe so I ring at 2:40pm to ask when are they coming - I get told after 4:30pm.Ok so I make sure I'm home. I ring back at 5:17pm and ask are you sure they're coming as I don't know of too many delivery companies who deliver past 5pm. Yes they are still coming. So finally at 6:20pm they arrive in the dark. What follows is an absolute shocker. First, they allow the big boxes to just fall on their ends with momentum and hit the concrete drive that they are parked down (quite an incline as ours is steep) - noone on the concrete end to catch them - what turns out to be our bed head it's box hit with such force it actually split open and I can see all the foam cracked open as well. I watch them open it and bring the bedhead into the room. They do the same with one of the base boards which results in clear obvious damage to it's end. They bring all the rest of the boxes in and proceed to put the bed together. I watch them like a hawk after the first and base box crashed onto the ground. I show them the end they've damaged and warn them to please be careful.The most sloppy careless work I've ever seen. The bed base isn't flat and flush" with each other
