The receptionist with glasses (blonde hair I believe) literally made me cry because I felt so intimidated. I came into my appointment 15 minutes late due to traffic as its peak hour. The traffic always gets so bad and it is out of my control. She gave me the dirtiest look saying “Your appointment was meant to be 15 minute ago”. I had to to say sorry three times and she would still be angry with me. I was nervous as this was my first ultrasound ever and she made me feel so judged. If you can’t treat people with niceness then you shouldn’t be a receptionist.

One visit, needed CT Scan, X-ray and Ultrasound. Amazing staff all round, everyone was very helpful. The young gentleman from x-ray was exceptional, thank you. Booking was easy, online, then they returned via phone call to co-ordinate it all. Highly recommend.

Always have an excellent experience. Low waiting times, quick service and courteous, friendly, approachable and knowledgeable receptionists. Your doctor gets the results within a couple of hours. Also, you can usually get an appointment the same day you call up to make an appointment. Highly recommended if you need radiology services. Keep up the good work.

Found the receptionist a little on the “abrupt “ side. I know they see a lot of people every day but still try and be respectful and understanding of the general public. Radiographer was very professional though!

Very Disappointed with the service. The staff is rude and not really helpful. They even didn’t provide MBS number in my invoice, because of that I couldn’t claim my money back from my OSHC provider. They need MBS number for my claim and these people didn’t provide me in my invoice and said that there’s no any MBS for this as this is Chest industry. How can it possible ? The lady was very rude on phone. Don’t recommend it.

Went here for my first 2 ultrasounds - 1st ultrasound, the lady was super professional, 2nd ultrasound was a completely different story - the team member didn't check with us once to see if we wanted to know the gender and got 'a kick out it' when it wasn't what my husband expected. We both left feeling disappointed as a special moment for us got taken away. Reception staff are lovely but unfortunately, if you are pregnant, I wouldn't recommend going here for your scans.

The staff were perlite and efficient. I am extremely happy with their service as they have fixed my injury with an ultrasound-guided injection, I have been pain-free since the day I visited.Convenient parking at the front door in such a busy area was also an unexpected bonus.Overall I couldn't be more pleased... Thank you!
