Stored my house full of stuff with iBox, got a text message about a year ago telling me that my stuff was being moved from Kilsyth to Brooklyn, not super convenient considering I live in Lilydale and was told I could have access to my container whenever I wanted. In the year since, I tried to gain access a few times with no success and when I was eventually fed up enough and tried to get my container delivered they wanted me to pay triple the advertised delivery price because I live so far away, when it was them who moved my stuff far away!
