Came in for a Macbook Air in the morning and the customer service was so helpful and done so easy. didn’t wait long, since i came at opening time, it usually gets busy, great to make an appointment for big jobs. thank you to all the kind staff members

I probably should have written this review last November when I experienced very bad service when purchasing my iPhone 14. As a result, this time I chose to purchase my AirPods online. I opted for click & collect for security reasons. This store can’t even organise a simple click & collect. After the initial pick up date had past, I called Apple customer care and they advised the status of my order. The order had already been shipped and delivered to the store but no one contacted me. I waited a few more days then called the store directly only to be told it’s not their fault I wasn’t notified about my order being ready for collection. 5 minutes after the call ended I received a text and email notification that my order was ready for collection. Perhaps my review is not reflective of every single person who works at this store but this is the second time this store has ruined my Apple experience. I strongly suggest calling Apple customer care. These workers seem to know what they are doing and are very helpful. Apple Broadway seriously needs to reconsider their business practices.

Pretty disappointed. I came into the shop just to buy a new phone outright, no fuss, and I even checked online to see if I needed an appointment to do it, which it said no. When I got to the store they said they couldn’t process a sale without an appointment because they were busy. I understand if it’s busy, but since when is it so difficult to scan and accept a payment? Isn’t that the point of a shop? I walked out without a phone and will probably seek Apple services elsewhere.

Had a booking for a battery replacement and waited over 30 minutes past said time. Never happened so left the store.Any business looking to hire young people with part time experience at Apple Broadway, avoid said hire as they have worked in an amateur environment.

Went to Apple on George Street and they were super rushed and juggling multiple customers at once… went here instead and Vincent was so helpful diagnosing what was wrong with my laptop that only a simple update and restore was needed and I didn’t have to get a whole new battery! Genius technicians are super informed and willing to help, have always had a great experience at this store compared to George Street

We had a genius bar appointment for a macbook not charging. It was just a cable that needed replacing. Most stores would give you a new one there and then, but policy apparently is to order warranty replacements so you have to make a separate trip back despite this being a stocked item. I forgot to bring the faulty cable back the second time. Although they had the record of the inspected faulty cable, despite pleading and asking the manager they wouldn't hand me the replacement. So 3 trips for a measly cable. They value their business processes over customers.

Their dedication to customer service truly stood out.We had scheduled a Genius Bar appointment for my son's laptop, and the service we received was exceptional. Jose, the Apple employee who assisted us, was excellent in every way. He was not only well-mannered and professional but also extremely knowledgeable about Apple products. He patiently listened to our concerns, asked relevant questions, and provided thorough explanations of the possible solutions. His expertise and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure our issue was resolved left a lasting impression.What impressed me the most was Jose's helpfulness throughout the entire process. He guided us step-by-step, offering practical advice and demonstrating genuine care for our situation. He took the time to address all our questions and concerns, ensuring that we left the store with a fully functioning laptop and a clear understanding of how to prevent similar issues in the future.Overall, my experience at the Apple store in Broadway shopping centre was outstanding. The staff's friendliness and willingness to assist, combined with Jose's exceptional customer service skills, made for a truly satisfying visit.
