Warhammer

I can only get in there on Wednesdays and it takes me around 2 hours round trip to do so. Today they were shut for stocktake. I called to ask when they opened and the guy who works there dropped everything he was doing to open the shop and let me pick up some much needed supplies. THIS is the kind of attitude that ensures repeat customers. Give that man a pat on the back!

I've got a lot of mixed problems with this store. My main issue is that to play any games here tend to be a pain for the fact that the store just isn't big enough to support games in my opinion. Customer service is usually good, at times it can be lacking however only 1 staff member is really ever on since the cutbacks. The new guy that works there is much better than the previous (who was shocking), however I find that some of the traits from the previous one are still displayed with the current one, that being his sense of grandeur. Also I find that the store tends to not be open rather often, usually on average at least once a month (sometimes more). All of this ends up making me just order either through other companies or Games Workshop's online store as I don't particularly want to support the Newcastle store until I see changes that are for the better.

Grate choices lots of options compaired to other places. I was hoping for more ground details rocks grass and so on but if your not after that stuff your good I was happy to see certain ranges and the options in those. My partner was very happy himself with the range and prices on a good amount of items. Some good paint choices also that I haven't seen in some stores lately.Well layed out they have each army in their own sections. No need to search through what you don't want.I am hoping to see more rat army options soon as the new release looked good.

Went in for a browse today - found Alex to be very informative and not pushy -he was happy to have a chat about current and past editions - would recommend for anyone new to warhammer or any old salts that want to have a look around

Horribly, horribly over priced. Tiny shoebox of a store. No aircon so it's a sauna when it's hot out. Patrons don't not seem to know the basics of personal hygiene, so a peg for you nose is highly recommended.The only positive is that the staff are extremely passionate and knowledgeable about their store and products. They are always willing to help new customers into the game.

Personally I think the store is absolutely amazing I love when you walk in and see all the types of minis you can Paint and Play as.I love the small look of the store it’s very nice there is a plus to a small store and that is that I can see everything in sight like everything that I would like in the near future right in front of my eyes, Wow go check out this mini store it’ll blow your mind

I was in store yesterday, the new store manager is a great guy, very happy to chat, answer questions Nd just generally give his time.

Traveled for over an hour on a sunday after calling and conferming the day befor.After taking the trip, came up to the storefront and find it closed at 12:30 with a sign stating times.Times stated 11:30 till 18:00 yet the store was closed with no sign or notification as to why.

The store wasnt open due to lockdown but for these guys to supply this localy and keep a store running is amazing hoping more people will support them
