Visited this shop over the weekend to shop for boots. The staff were very accommodating and helpful—I didn’t know there was an extra 30% off including the items on sale which was great! The shop was not as busy so the staff had some time to chat with customers and help decide with their purchases.

Had a wonderful experience shopping in this store. Merchandise was presented well and the sales assistant went above and beyond to help find me a pair of shoes. Excellent service as always will shop again with Joe Mercer!

Walked into this store last Thursday 19/5 at around 5pm. This is the second time in the space of a couple of weeks I Have walked in and one of the assistants have said hello without even looking up to acknowledge snd have then proceeded to ignore me the entire time I was in the store. I felt inconvenienced when standing there waiting for assistance trying to make eye contact and I was looking to purchase two pairs of boots (so basically I was prepared to spend $400-500) a friend of theirs had walked in and all the assistants in store were too invested ignoring me (note- I was the only person in the store too) to proceed to just chat snd laugh away with their mate. Your customer service is disgusting and I’ll never step foot in this store again yet alone purchase from your brand.

If I could give you zero I would. The women working there on sunday arvo are most rudest staff I ever encountered. From the two interactions that I had with them I felt so uncomfortable and had to leave. I was profiled for someone who can't afford your shoes for wearing baggy jeans and a hoodie although I'm pretty sure I earn more than 3 of your staff put together. I prefer to take my business elsewhere. No thanks!

Often have trouble finding shoes that fit but happy with the shoes and fit and very happy with the service

Staff not aware of consumer law. Would not fix shoes that broke after being worn once. Said they were fit for purpose.
