Supagas Beenleigh

I called Supagas yesterday. They offered the cheapest price to me by far (3rd company I called). Sue helped me over the phone and was lovely to speak with. She was very efficient. Gas arrived today. Honestly they are a very easy company to deal with and have great prices. Sue swung me over the line. If her boss doesn’t do something nice for her then I am taking my business elsewhere!! That’s a legitimate threat!! Thanks team great service.

The service from Ben, at super gas was fast and efficient. Would like to mention his duty of care. He was prompt and got my gas sorted out, by the next day. Good service, I would use this company from now on

SUE Kruger provided us the best customer service experience, very professional, polite and helpful. She said delivery will be next day , but upon my request even on a very short notice she managed to arrange same day delivery.

Ben was great, best price and customer service, called at 4:30 yesterday and have already received delivery by 10am the next morning. Very friendly service and assistance. 10/10 would recommend!

We moved into our new house and had no hot water. After calling plumbers to check over everything and who came 3 hours late to tell me we had no gas after 5pm on a Friday, we were stuck with no hot water all weekend. When I called and spoke to Sue on Monday morning, she was very lovely and helped find us a driver who was able to bring out gas the same day even though our area is normally scheduled for a different day. We signed up with a great discount to start with and Sue locked our pricing in for 2 years. I highly recommend Supagas!

I contacted Supagas Beenleigh first thing on a Monday morning. Our household had been without gas since the Friday night due to appalling service from another energy company.Natasha assisted me to sign us up on a better deal. She told me they didn't usually service our area until Fridays but she would see what she could do. She called me back shortly thereafter and arranged a prompt delivery.Without me even mentioning it Natasha had heard kids in the background and understood the urgency of us having hot water in the middle of winter. The whole call took less than 10 minutes which was a refreshing change after hours on the phone to our previous gas provider. Thank you Natasha you are a star!

Sary delivered & replaced our bottle gas & also discovered a gas leak which he fixed. Friendly man, knowledgeable & easy to be with. Hope he delivers our next replacement.

Delivery system is awfully unprofessional and disorganized. Ordered gas on a Friday after we ran out. They said they couldn't deliver until the Monday. I was happy waiting. Monday came around with no indication as to when they were delivering. I have dogs, so had to be home to receive the delivery Got to the end of the day with no communication. Called Supagas at about 4pm, only to be told they had ...run out of gas bottles on their truck" and they could only deliver the next day. Spent another day waiting around for a delivery with no indication of an expected delivery time. I even cancelled plans that could definitely have gone ahead so I could receive the gas delivery. It got to the late afternoon AGAIN without a sign of the truck
