I had my hair cut by Ben last year. I specifically asked if he could cut curly hair, his reply: yes I've been cutting curly hair for 20 years. The hair cut was so uneven, I went back twice to get him to fix it up. His reply: Well that's the nature of curly hair. Had to go elsewhere where I had to lose a lot of length just to even up his botched haircut. I've had $10 haircuts which have been better than this. Worse hair cut ever.

I had a free wash and blow wave by Elly who is almost in her second year as an apprentice. She was so professional and friendly. She made me feel very welcome and was always asking how I felt and if I preferred any particular style (I told her to run with whatever she decided). The wash and scalp massage was terrific!
