Absolutely perfect customer service bought a Roland a 49 midi controller for an excellent price. The gorgeous girl (Sharni) at the counter was very helpful went out her way to find me a USB printer cable for the midi controller Unfortunately couldn't find one all good though. Will definately be comming back in the near future stock is plentiful never seen a cash converters this excellent. And hopefully Sharni will be working when I return.5 stars well done!

If I could give zero stars I would. You guys offer such low prices for items it’s actually insulting I travelled 20 minutes to Caloundra to get over double what you offered. You guys need to be retrained in customer service.

I'm surprised at the bad reviews. I've always found the staff here really helpful - much more than in some of the big retailers. You can't complain about the store if you don't do some research on your product before you buy. They have a very generous returns policy, too.

Rip offs that take advantage of people in a hard time I came to the Maroochydore store and was treaded rudely as well as offered as little as 10$ for something that would sell for 400-500 on gumtree. I then went to the Caloundra store and I was greeted by friendly staff that also paid me a fair price

We went into cash converters Maroochydore uncertain if we were going to purchase a camera after looking for months, until we got an incredible salesman Jesse to help us! Even though it was incredibly busy, Jesse managed to be extraordinarily helpful, knowledgeable and patient in our endeavour to find the perfect travel camera- we ended up leaving buying more than anticipated and extremely happy with our purchases! Will definitely be back, thanks Jesse!

Bad customer service on shop floor. Bought a floor cleaner and was told by two staff that i could purchase pads needed for it from bunnings, bunnings had not sold these for TWO YEARS. They lied to my face. They wouldnt take it back. Its useless. They are also RUDE. Buyer Beware.
