PRD Nundah

Best real estate I have ever rented through. Responsive, kind and understanding. Any maintenance issues were dealt with immediately and the quarterly house inspections were the least hassle of any real estate I have ever been with. Sad to be leaving my tenancy with PRD Nundah due to personal circumstances but if I ever get the chance to rent through them again, I 100% would choose them over another real estate. Thanks guys - the last 4 years have almost been too easy!

If I could leave ZERO stars, I would.This so called real estate managed a property I rented, and when the Owner had had enough of them failing to communicate our needs as tenants to him, he decided to change estate agents. Only for this office, to refuse to hand over our leases, any of our paperwork, and any of the information about the property to the new agency.In addition, I've just spoken to them on the phone, at a referral of another local real estate. Instead of the lovely politeness I was expecting, I recieved an absolutely rude old cow who told me to 'just go look online.'I didn't want to trustt this agency after my first experience with them. And now I am positive I will NEVER associate with this office again.Want some advice? Steer clear of this place. It's not worth the hassle

It has been a wonderful 1.5 years with PRD NUndah. They’ve been always responsive to our urgent need in our apartment. They have provided an exemplary service to us. They also have a friendly and reliable staffs working in one to meet the demands of the others. Keep up the good work!

Sam is very helpful but PRD nundha need to change their receptionist. Don’t know who she is but she don’t know how to talk with their customer. She is very rude, very slow, very irresponsive.

Peter is fantastic. I recently bought a property and throughout the process he was supportive, quickly responded to all of my enquires and was just overall an amazing person. If you are buying or selling, Peter is your agent

The rental property team at PRD Nundah are very responsive and have been completely delightful and pleasant to deal with over my tenancy. It is a breath of fresh air not feeling ripped off or taken advantage of, and being heard when I have requests or concerns. So thank you so much, it really is appreciated.

I have been renting for 3 years thru them and they are simply 'the best'. I came in with no references after 15 years offshore and they gave me a start. Ascot, great location, rent cheaper than most lower areas and were always there when any issues arose. Could not recommend Sam and the team, Kim and all staff more highly.

We are surprised by some of the reviews on here about PRD Nundah. In our years of renting, PRD Nundah are by far the best Real Estate Agency we have had. We have found them to be prompt, incredibly transparent, and all around fantastic from day one.Our application was approved in a matter of hours. We also appreciated how thorough PRD Nundah were with the initial conditions report. We also really appreciated their 3 month inspection post moving in to make sure everything is okay..If we ever have maintenance issues, some of them have been fixed by Sam himself, in a matter or hours. We know that home issues can often come down to the owner, but we also think an excellent Management team are behind getting it done asap.We absolutely love Gill Skinner. Gill is honest, direct, and without a doubt the best Property Manager we have ever dealt with. We would highly recommend PRD Nundah to anyone. :-)

This business is very slack, they don't have a fibre of good service within them. Would not recommend.Edit: I am a home owner bordering a property that you manage". I have been in contact since mid 2020 regarding multiple issues with said property

I had been a tenant with PRD Nundah for a 1.5yrs and I can honestly say that they have been the best real estate to deal with as a tenant. Sam and the team are extremely helpful, friendly and respectful. Would use them again if the right rental property became available. A big thank you to the Sam and the team :)
