What a joke.In store was not busy nor was the drive through yet my order took so long !One and a half of my large chips were put into their container. I needed to wait whilst more chips were cooked whilst the rest of my order sat there getting cold. I had to complain as I was going to be given some hot chips and the rest cold. Really?The manager was poilte.The original chicken in my order was so overcooked and dry.The staff member who served me had no clue about anything nor did she care. The rest of the staff appeared to be socialising amongst each other more than working.I left feeling so frustrated, it shouldn't have to be that way.If Staff have time to stand around and talk then they have time to clean or make sure there are enough chips for customers.

It's took 20 minutes to get a wicked wings fill up box which is ridiculous for KFC because normally everything is already cooked and there wasn't a lot of people. The tables and floor was filthy with food scraps and cans everywhere but the food was excellent. Better than most KFC out there and excellent service, would go again for drive thru and takeaway but wouldn't dine in.

It's hard to find words to describe. A restaurant can only be run so badly, it's a disgrace. indifferent and inexperienced staff. Not clean. In fact, I do not believe that what I wrote will attract the attention of the administrators because the real fault is theirs. I do not think that the managers of this restaurant have an education and vision

Perfectly acceptable service. It’s fast food, I can’t ask for much more than to provide edible food which won’t get me sick, at a relatively low cost. Not many other places you can feed a family for as low as 20 bucks. Wait is long, but that’s because I order during peak times of the day, it’s expected, and it’s never too long. Anyone who yells at fast food employees should take a quick reality check. Staff is doing a great job with service and food quality, keep it up guys :)

They either need to work a little faster or get more staff. Ordered off Uber eats but takes them so long to prepare the food. (Not even a large order).

We usually drive through and it takes forever but last time we ordered inside. It still took forever, the service was ordinary, toilets were absolutely filthy. Understaffed and clearly poorly managed.

I've been visiting this shop for 3,4yrs now, and still they made mistakes with my order. I usually order 3 pieces box with coleslaw instead of potato gravy. Then they always forgot to give me the coleslaw, which I ended up having chicken, chips, and drinks only.So, I recommend to everyone, when you order here, just stick with the menu, don't change any from the menu.

This place needs to be shut down! Coming through the drive thru you see a pile of empty boxes and rubbish in a corner, the floor and kitchen is disgustingly unclean, seeing this makes me wonder why in the hell am I doing getting food from this place. Even the restaurant is filthy, no one cleans the tables or floors and the food is sometimes disgusting that I have to throw it away.Sack the managers and staff and get health and hygiene to constantly inspect this place please!
