Order 8 lowback patio chair cushions which arrived in less than a week which is amazing. Received a friendly email acknowledging order giving a time frame (nice touch). Cushions fit perfectly and are well made, with easy clean fabric which is essential in the tropics. Great service, great product. We bought an outdoor lounge setting, delivered within a week and a half. Friendly helpful service, prompt attention to a minor issue with one of the cushions. And the lounge setting is excellent. What more can you ask for, a very positive experience all round.

I bought a master touch Plus smoker BBQ off these people Outdoor Living Jindalee and I found them to be very helpful great service even when one of my parts were scratch when on delivery to me as I open the box rang up weber store customer care couldn't get better service anywhere than this I guarantee they are the best I wouldn't go anywhere else after this I'm thinking about buying another barbecue gas one

Enjoyed our shopping experience for a BBQ. No pressure at all from helpful sales staff, and a huge range of Weber BBQ products and accessories. Sales staff can quickly sign you up for full product warranty at time of purchase so no need for stress after you get home.

My wife brought a Weber Q for me for Xmas 2016. Today I rang Weber customer support to ask about warranty as the paint on my lid is bubbling and peeling. They ask for me to email a picture to them and 10mins later I received an email stating that a replacement lid is on the way. This is exactly why I buy Weber, and the fact that they are an awesome BBQ. Post sales service and warranty are second to none.
