Woefully bad customer service. They are happy to take your money but when something goes wrong (the base sunken so I am left with sunken grass) they won't ring you back,

We got Rhino Grass to do a room at our health care clinic. They were professional and quick, quite and respectful when they came and did the fitting. Grass looks fantastic we get lots of compliments. Highly recommend if you are looking for fake grass.
