I have rented bikes in about 20 countries. James and his team are among the top regarding bike quality, communication style, service, flexibility, price, and simple enthusiasm for cycling and wanting customers to have a pleasant experience. I was excited to be able to return to Gold Coast due to the positive cycling environment. I reached out to Bike Hire Gold Coast immediately due to my positive experience last time. I rented bikes for 5 days each time and was very happy both times.

Had an enjoyable days hire on the tandem….covered 50km to Burleigh Heads n back. Drop off and collection by BHGC all good to our home. Originally there was a bit of concern re height of my wife/rear rider but we cleared this up. 150cm and above fine for stoker. The bike was fine, though would say it’s in need of a new bottom bracket. But all gearing worked and we tackled some rolly roads. Good value and I would recommend. Tandeming great way to cycle and see if you have an unconfident partner.

Amazing service, so quick and effortless. I would highly recommend hiring bikes this way - delivered and picked up from your door. We hired two bikes and a trailor for my wife and 3 yo twins. We thought we'd go for a couple of half hour rides but James gave us some recommendations and we went out for the whole day, riding 20km, then the next morning for breakfast. The whole family loved it. Bikes are top notch too!
