Had to find transport extremely quickly, located a local car rental establishment in South Grafton, my business partner contacted them and was able to organise a car in short notice.Next morning arrived at the rental ' Skyline Car Care' had to wait for the rental person who was running the office that day, firstly to show up, and we had previously informed them at the time we would be doing ' pick up'.No complaints about the vehicle that we hired for two days, ran smoothly, the only one pitfall it has was that the break's were way too sensitive. We achieved our Business meetings in the next two days, and be mindful that the staff or the vehicle wasn't 100% ready for us.Headed back to Grafton, to return the vehicle, then I remembered that I hadn't left the spare key to our home, for our 16 yr old and I definitely didn't want him to be outside in the dark and cold on a Friday night, so as a mother who does everything for her family and they're my No1# priority. With that decision headed straight back to our home and cooked dinner, relaxed for a few hours, then slept like a baby. Woke up 10:30 am, ' all my days 'My colleague had contacted the car rental and explained our situation of lack of sleep, being on the road fortwo days, and family waiting outside, and being 16yrs that home was important, her reply was that's fine, everything will be ok.Monday arrives and I want to say hello and thank them for the prompt vehicle that we needed and receive the $250 deposit that wasn't explained to my colleague. So once again we're waiting for the woman that works in the office, wasting extra time that my colleague was loosing precious money from work. Eventually she arrives and is extremely, smug' rude' in a long and drawn out sigh ' WELL THERE ARE A FEW MAJOR ISSUES WITH THE VEHICLE ' so my colleague and I listen to what she had said, 1st. Vehicle late. 2nd. Petrol wasn't topped right up, we kindly and politely explained to her that the other staff member that we spoke to was understanding and empathetic to our attention to being home with our family's.In the most rude humiliating face and gesture, informed me, as I paid for the hire, ' WELL WE'LL SEE HOW MUCH IS LEFT , TO SEE WHAT YOU ARE ENTITLED TO RECEIVE BACK 'I had no words to say to the woman, who apsolutley does not know me, or my circumstances, for all she knew, I could of been her new boss'I'm a widow, I have a wonderful son, whom has seen and felt such pain in his already young life, I do not hesitate in going without so he can be a 'Great Man' and always be positive and be mature enough to show and share empathy, kindness and support and most of all LOVE,I do not have a lot of money, but I'm outlaying what I do have, to better our lives.My son wants to be able to further his education and really has his heart on University.My son will have everything that he needs to make his life beautiful and I know that he will make a difference in this wonderful world, he will teach others what I have shown and shared and of course taught him.And on that note I would not recommend the 'SKYLINE CAR CARE'Sure you can get a car, butWhere is the care?Oh and I nearly forgot,My deposit return was 4 cents!

Very impressive. Great old fashioned service. We were brocken down on a Sunday afternoon near Grafton and we phoned this business after hours they went out of there way to come into the office so we could hire a suitable car and trailor so we could get our car and ourselves home. We were 4 hrs from home. No other hire car business answered their phone despite being advertised as open.

We had organised with Skyline to cleanour caravan which also included the roof of van and awning. We done this to save my husband from climbing ladders as he has scoliosis and he suffers a lot of pain with this condition. When we got the caravan back neither the roof or awning had been cleaned. My husband approached them about not cleaning the van that was discussed. It cost us $250 which we were happy to pay. He refunded us $50 which is not much for a job which was not completed. Would not recommend.

I have taken my cars to Skyline since 1999. I tried the other one, but spent an extra $5 to do the same job as I did at Skyline. So I've been faithful to Skyline ever since. Skyline gate care is the place to take your cars...
