I needed a new CAD workstation and went out for quotes. Not only did Hybrid beat the competition on price, they moved heaven and earth on my behalf to track down and acquire parts to spec: especially the graphics card which was unobtanium at the time. The memory I wanted wasn't available anywhere either, so they put something close in to get me up and running during the wait.Service and responsiveness above and beyond any reasonable expectation, and a good price too. They helped sort out a better hosting solution for our small business emails, as well as organise internet and telephone solutions through their local network. Especially Tim Ellis is really knowledgable, servicing and friendly, and the whole team seems to follow that.When I had trouble with the hosting of the business website, Tim and the team took over the hosting. The transfer when smooth as, and all runs well since. Any questions that come up, they are fast and to-the-point in answering and solving.The same for computer issues. They successfully cleaned my computer after I accidentally clicked on an infected email link. They helped with fixing external harddrive that crashed, and with recovering lost data on that external drive. And the list goes on.
