Mppt solar charger killed both my rear batteries from overcharging, took it back in, got refunded for the mppt, claims dept wanted me to get batteries tested, cost $60 from an auto elec, sent in reports saying they've been overcharged, now claims dept saying they need the receipt for the batteries, and more and more excuses, its a different excuse everytime trying to get out of liability, stop wasting your money here, cheap at the start, but more expensive down the line when their stuff has major failures and they wont cover it. - Update, they reply" to your review

Good location, decent products. In my few times inside, as little customers inside I probably would have preferred more interaction from floor staff to discuss products although front desk staff were Uber helpful!

Amazing warranty service and return policy. I bought a solar power in few months ago but never have time to use until yesterday. Unfortunately it doesn't charge at all. When I bright it back to store, the staff didn't even ask when I bought it or check the condition. They just trust their customers and give me another one.The most amazing part is when I ask if it possible to exchange to anything else because I don't have much chance to use it since I have a large ecoflow battery. They said of course" without any hesitation.I have spent thousand dollars here. Highly recommend to by your next outdoor stuff in 4wd supacenter!"

Pleasant shopping experience, was able to find what I needed easily, staff member assisted and engaged in conversation which was pleasant. Checking out the staff that helped was efficient.

Just went to Ravenhall store to have a terrible experience… the counter staff looks be in a bad day/mood.. totally impolite and rude, even sad I hello, thank you or anything else…. I asked for a tool that she promptly said it doesn’t work with lithium batteries, but she didn’t know which battery my setup was made from. When I showed my battery she told me in a rude/aggressive that wasn’t lithium… I just wanted help not a judgment I am not a specialist. The Dandenong store where I have been many times is much better staffed than this one

great bang for buck, love my big daddy swag and my 270 awning, cheap prices and good for starting out in camping if you don’t want to go spend heaps to begin with

The knowledge of the staff are great. Pop into today to get a jump starter, but we’ve also been having issues with our solar and batteries, one the of the members of staff came and had a look at a van and helped us solve the issue whilst as well taking the time to explain it all to us. Unfortunately didn’t get his name but thank you!

Poor Quality Solar Panel, inferior quality160W semi-flexible solar panel from Kings. At first they looked good and worked well, now 18 months on, they are a about 1/3 of the claimed output and are continuing to deteriorate. (supplier stated 8.75, now only 3A in full sun).The top film has started to peel off, and looks terrible.I should have looked that 4wdsupercente, only offer 1 year warranty, where many others offer 25year at 80% efficiency.I mounded the panels as per instructions and added sufficient gap to the roof to allow for airflow. So it's not so much the cost of the units, it's the work involved in mounting them and removing them which is wasted.My strong suggesting when buying panels is to look for ones that have a longer warranty, especially if you are mounting them to your RV, motorhome or campervan.By comparison, when I use the Kings 200W solar blanket I get a better charge rate on the same setup.

Always enjoy a visit. Prices are very competitive, only downside would be that there isn't much range. For such a large shop, display options a repetitive and the store is bare
