I had a problem with my order (not the fault of the company) so I sent an email to the company, Geoff straight away started working with me to fix the problem. Fantastic customer service, he really went out of his way to help me. The price was also far cheaper than I can buy it for here in New Zealand, even with shipping. I will definitely be ordering from this company again, they care about their customers and work hard to provide the best.Thank you so much Geoff, you have earned a loyal customer.10/10 Would recommend.

I'm not sure that I've ever received better service to be honest! Like many other reviewers Geoff assisted me in tracking down some particular coloured bath mats from the supplier and kept in constant communication with me. It wasn't a huge order but he looked after me fabulously all the same! Couldn't recommend highly enough. A new customer for life!!!!

Cant say I recommend at all! Emailed chasing my order to be told they cant fulfill it due to mold from waterleak in warehouse - fair enough so asked for a refund. Over a week and a half later I again had to email chasing my refund. Got a phone call quite quickly full of excuses about how head office was moving and had no internet for 2 weeks etc. NO EXCUSE - NO BUSINESS IGNORES EMAILS AND CUSTOMERS FOR WEEKS ON END - Will not recommend to anyone
