I found NSI so polite and did everything in their power to help. When things werent progressing as we would have liked, (at no fault of their own), they contacted us to explain every step of their proceedureI would recommend NSI to anybody needing their services

I had a very old mobile phone which I wanted to get photos from, and I spent two years trying literally everything I could think of to get them off if. I tried plugging it into many different computers without success, I tried texting the photos from the phone to another phone without success, I tried emailing them to myself without success, I tried using Bluetooth to transfer them without success, I tried using Infrared to transfer them without success, I tried texting the photos to phones from a similar period without success, I tried plugging the phone into the photo printers at Harvey Norman without success, I even tried plugging the phone into the PC using older cords and older versions of Windows without success, and that's just the ways I can remember. By this point I didn't even care about the photos, I just didn't want to be defeated in getting the photos from this bloody phone. So after exhausting literally everything I could think of I started calling data retrieval companies to do it for me. Due to the age of the phone many of them wouldn't even try, and one company had a go and hung onto the phone for about six weeks and eventually sent it back in frustration saying they couldn't do it. So I tried NSI and within a week they had all the photos for me (including photos that were deleted). Absolutely delighted that they could do it. I spent a bit more money than I would have liked to, but they achieved something that I had been trying to do for two years, so it was worth every cent. Having said all that, this job was a very special case. If you just want photos from your iPhone that has been dropped or something, that would be a job that most data retrieval places can do fairly easily and probably much cheaper. But if you want the best of the best, call these guys. They are brilliant.

I didn’t use their service due to the fact it was going to cost me $1100 with no guarantee that I was going get my photos back so I can’t give a review on that however I think their customer service isn’t the best and could be worked on.Not only did they accidentally send me an email that was about me but they didn’t bother responding to my emails when I asked if they could recommend someone that has a “ no data no fee” deal which alot of places do I just wanted one with a good reputation as it is the most precious photos.Money wouldn’t have been an issue if they were able to get the photos as it was the first 2 years of my daughters life so I would have been happy to pay anything. But it’s a lot of money for me for a very small chance they could have done it.
