Hi there I would never go here againWorst experience and rip off ever.I put down a deposit on a different unit to the one that was installed and they charged me a lot more than any where else for the install.absolute bull s____tShould have gone somewhere else.SamI see your response the only way you can redeem yourself in my eyes is to arrange a partial refund as the unit was 200 dollars cheaper than the one I tried to purchase And different to the one installedSamJust so everyone knows it's been a couple of days now and they haven't offered any partial refund the dogs hope they start scapping the barrel as that's all they deserve save your money and don't go to these crooksSam

Took my car in to have audio fitted, told them I wanted cords in a specific spot, guys were really helpful and placed the cord in an area they thought would serve me better. Unfortunately didn't work out that way and took it back and talked to the owner who suggested an alternate place. Fitted there and then, gave me some helpful information about my unit and offered to call me back after finding out more. Fantastic service, highly recommend, will be heading there for any other audio needs!

For Christmas my husband bought me a car stereo and paid for installation with the intention of returning to get it fitted to replace the one not working in my car. Unfortunately we wrote the car off a few weeks later. We returned to the store for a refund. After explaining the situation and providing photos of the wreck, the owner said he could not accept the return ‘simply for a change of mind’ and ‘can’t put the stereo back into stock’ in its unopened box. We explained it is no longer fit for purpose and he asked for the receipt.‘For a RAV4. Yeah that’s right 650 bucks’, and continued to say he can’t refund simply because we changed our minds!Then he says ‘I can install it in the new car you buy’. Great! Ok, we will go and shop for a car that can fit that sized radio and come back and see you!We have never ever experienced such insensitivity, arrogance and selfishness from a business owner.Zero interest or effort to negotiate or try to find a solution for a service we had paid for.I am sure the positive reviews this business has received are attributed to the Manager Dave who was most helpful when the stereo and installation were purchased. But we will be very vocal to all to avoid this business.

Owner is very knowledgeable and will always help you out in the sense that if you want to diy your own car, he will give advice and appreciates the fact your willing to give it a go, not trying to just take all of your money like 99% of the world. His staff are pretty cool too.

Dont know if they have a new owner or what but their just obnoxious and way over priced. I called them and asked for a price as it is a pretty straight faward job and they gave me a whole spill about how they need to see it. Didn't need the spill could of just asked me to come in to take a look so I did. Went in and asked how much to install a clip on camera. I have done one before and takes about 45 min to an hour. I would do it again but I hate working on cars. Anyway I was quoted more then double ($300) what any other place quoted me to install a reverse camera into my car and I'm not over exaggerating. I mean actually double. There an absolute joke. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt but this is the third time I have asked to install something and they have just been a joke of a price. Dont waste your time there are so many other car audio places that do a fantastic job at an actual reasonable price. I'm happy to pay more for a good job but that's just thievery. There technically charging $300 for a 1 hr job if that.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a shop. The head deck I purchased off them doesn’t work, they damaged the surrounds in my car while putting it in, left cords hanging out of the glovebox, and had the audacity to charge me $650 for all of this! Rang them the next day to see if they would fix it, received nothing but abuse and laughed when I asked them to fix it. Not only will I never go here again but will also never recommend them to anyone. Steer well clear of these grubs

These guys are awesome, really honest and professional. While other places were quoting $150, he charged us $10 to pull an old stereo out and told us we just needed to push the new stereo in. Awesome blokes, highly recommend them for all your needs.
