Contacted this business as our stairwell light broke rendering our stairwell dark and unsafe. I explained it was a safety issue as our stairwell is very steep and I have a bad knee. They said they would be out to install new spotlights in the stairwell later that morning, but were a no show. Tried ringing them to find out when they were coming but after leaving numerous messages and after spending the whole day waiting for them they didn't even bother returning the call. Very unprofessional. Not recommended, AVOID
