The service we received on the weekend was particularly poor in comparison to the service we have received during the week. Could have done better myself. Probably won’t come back

Christine and her staff are very caring and professional. They are kind and respectful to both dog and owner . I'd recommend Pampered Pooch to any owner, especially if your dog has a bit of anxiety.

Extremely poor service, told to leave as my St Bernard was frightened to get in the bath, told it was not worth their time to try to proceed, told my dog was not obedient because he did not want to be put in a cage, yet when I booked advised them he had never been to a groomed and the owner said would be perfectly fine as 5 staff. Disgusting. Went to Petbarn Seaford same day, greeted by friendly highly skilled staff, booked him in, left him there and 2 hours later beautifully cleaned and they got him in the bath.

Alfie our 12 y.o. Cairn terrier visited for beauty treatment Jan14,. From initial phone contact through to collection post clipping, the young staff displayed enthusiasm and efficiency. Alfie looked great. Thank you Christine.

We’ve recently moved into the area and are trying out various dog groomers. This is the second we’ve been to and I am delighted with the outcome. They did a great job and our Border Collie was beautifully groomed, especially his paws. We won’t be trying out any other places as we are extremely happy with the quality offered at The Pampered Pooch.

Excellent Service, was able to get in pretty quickly and get our Ragdoll a haircut. He came home grumpy (thats quite normal for him so he must have enjoyed his visit) and they did a great job with him. Highly Recommend!

Fantastic service. Although our dog doesn't like getting a trim he always looks terrific when we pick him up. They are very caring people. We wouldn't go anywhere else.
