Mop Top Hair Studio

I started going here years ago when I lived in Hornsby. Even now since I have moved, I make the effort to come back to Hornsby to get my hair done. They are a great team of people and go to a great effort to ensure you are getting the cut and style you want and that you walk away happy. Yes this might be on the upper price range for a lot of people, but I love coming here and I love the cut and colour I end up with each visit (and the complementary coffees are a nice sweetener too!). Thanks guys for always going above and beyond to help me look my best! ❤

Best Hair Dresses I’ve ever been to!Have been looking for a great hairdresser for along time and finally found a great one! Professional hairdressers, great service, clean and am always happy to walk out with my fresh cut!!!

I was wary after several bad experiences with hairdressers. It was so refreshing to go to a salon where the hairdresser knew exactly what I was after and gave me a fabulous result without a lengthy interrogation. The color I ended up with was fantastic and exactly what I had in mind. The staff there are all amazing and the atmosphere is unbelievably relaxing.

My daughter and I both had foils and were extremely happy with the results. The staff are highly skilled and dedicated - they made sure we left the salon happy! The atmosphere is relaxing and friendly. Highly recommend!

Tatiana is a goddess with her scissors. She gave me a new and improved hairstyle based on her recommendation. I have always walked out of this hair salon as a very happy customer.

Tried this place for the first time and absolutely loved it! The atmosphere was nice and I didn't feel pressured into awkward conversation, and the hair cut made me feel amazing. I barely even had to explain what I wanted done, the lady hairdresser was so experienced she could tell just by looking at my hair. For the first time I walked out feeling like I actually got the haircut the hairmodels have in the photos. The price was definitely worth it as the hairdresser spent over an hour on my hair and on top of that I got a student discount. They also washed and styled my hair as well, overall great service. If you are thinking about trying to get a professional haircut for the first time here is the place!

I'm a very fussy person when it comes to hair and that's why I'm writing this review. Mop top is every fussy hair persons dream. Adrian and his team are professional hair experts. I would recommend them if you want to look good. They are also great value for money !

Had a wonderful experience with Leanne today. She listened to what I wanted, understood my curly hair needs, and gave me a great shampoo, cut and blow dry at a very reasonable price. Leanne spent a lot of time giving me a great cut - very different to my awful experience at royals hornsby where they spent 5 min cutting my hair and an hour up selling me on products and straightening my hair. Will def be back. Thank you.

I was distressed when my stylist moved to the Central Coast but luckily found Mop Top & always very happy with the results. Doesn't matter which Stylist you get, they all do a great job & Adrien always seems to have a great story to bring a smile to your face
