I love this shop, it's spacious, well set out and a huge stock of supplies. The prices are very reasonable but at times it can be hard to find a staff member so be patient.

Sooo pricey but the friendly customer service makes the shipping experience more positive. They are a bit LOW on stock ATM. Love how the membership program works though. Saves on money if you join up!

Great variety and quality of stock. Picked up exactly what I came for and was tempted to buy an extra too. Lots of wagging tails when I got home. I see that other reviewers also found it hard to find a helpful staff member.

Prices are ridiculous. They don t properly quarantine the fish and they have fish with Diseases that they are selling without saying to the buyer that they have a disease. For example I brought a fish from them put it in my Community tank then ended up having a disease called ich. I took it out and then It ended up giving my whole community tank I treated them and lost about $200 worth of fish
